
How Planning, Control, and Continuous Improvement Create a Successful Organization
Quality management is not a single process – but a complete system comprised of planning, control, and improvement, working together to create organizational excellence.
When discussing quality, many focus on inspections, tests, or quality control. However, in practice, quality management is a broad system composed of several processes that work together.
